4.    Overall, according to the surveyed respondents, there is solid optimism with regard to the housing market as 2017 rapidly approaches. In fact, nearly 28% of surveyed respondents agree that there is “extreme” optimism heading into 2017.

In summation, the report expects the 2017 real estate market to respond quickly to market changes. It points to successful realtors being the ones that are nimble and that keep clients well informed.
