Local Eats: Frida's Gourmet Mexican Cuisine

I recently ordered dinner from Frida’s Gourmet Mexican and it was a meal to remember! The restaurant offering curbside pickup, which was extremely easy. From calling in my order to having it brought to my car took only about 15-20 minutes!

I had the Pescado Joaquin Clausell as my entree. This is a pan-seared salmon served over a bed of creamy roasted red pepper sauce with a drizzle of balsamic reduction…AKA a fancy salmon dish that is DELICIOUS!

To top it all off, I learned that Frida’s is also doing their cocktails to go! They will prep it for you and send you off with a margarita or other cocktail to enjoy at home!
