Local Eats: Supporting our ER Staff at Island Hospital with Agave Taqueria

I was very excited to deliver lunch to our local ER staff this week. One of my favorite restaurants in Anacortes, Agave Taqueria Mexican Restaurant, was my go-to choice for the hospital drop off and they did a wonderful job as expected!

I called in my order of 12 Burritos the night before to make sure I did not overwhelm the restaurant when they opened at 11am. Pickup was at 11:45 from their drive thru window, and the order was warm and ready for me to immediately deliver to our ER staff. The food had delicious reviews and I hope helped boost the staff’s morale. Any little thing we can do to help our hospital get through each day is a task I am happily up for!
